About The After-sales Service

Register your purchase to receive the 1-year After-sales Service

Your product comes with a standard 1-year manufacturer After-sales Service.

The One (1) year After-sales Service coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and is not transferable.

We warrant that the unit shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of One (1) years from the date of purchase when it is used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the requirements outlined in the Owner's Guide, subject to the following conditions and exclusions:

1.Eligibility: This offer is valid only within the 48 contiguous United States of America. It is not available for residents of Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or any foreign countries.

2. Geographic Restrictions: The offer applies exclusively to orders shipping to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. The offer is void for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations.

3. Offer Validity: This offer is only valid for a limited time and is subject to availability. The offer is not transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or other forms of credit.

4. Modifications and Cancellations: We reserve the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice, including, but not limited to, for reasons of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

5. Exclusions: The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers, unless expressly stated otherwise. Other exclusions may apply as outlined in the specific terms of the offer.

6. New Purchases Only: This offer is valid only for new product purchases. Orders fulfilled as replacements or After-sales Service claims are not eligible.

What is covered by this After-sales Service?

1. The original unit and/or non-wearable parts deemed defective, in our sole discretion, will be repaired or replaced up to One (1) years from the original purchase date.

2. In the event a replacement unit is issued, the After-sales Service coverage ends 6 months following the receipt date of the replacement unit or the remainder of the existing After-sales Service, whichever is later. We reserve the right to replace the unit with one of equal or greater value.

3. Return freight and reshipment costs (ground freight only) are prepaid by us for After-sales Service claims that meet the eligibility requirements.

What is not covered by this After-sales Service?

1. Normal wear and tear of wearable parts (such as sealing strips, canisters, bags, blades, removable pots, racks, pans, etc.), which require regular maintenance and/or replacement to ensure the proper functioning of your unit, are not covered by this After-sales Service.

2. Any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purposes.

3. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligent handling, failure to perform required maintenance (e.g., failure to keep the well of the motor base clear of food spills and other debris), or damage due to mishandling in transit.

4. Consequential and incidental damages.

5. Products purchased, used, or operated outside North America.

How to get service

If your appliance fails to operate properly while in use under normal household conditions within the After-sales Service period, contact us. Our Customer Service Specialists are also available at mosiech@mosiech.com to assist with product support and After-sales Service service options. 

How to initiate a After-sales Service claim

You must email mosiech@mosiech.com to initiate a After-sales Service claim. You will need the order number, model number and serial number as proof of purchase. We also ask that you register your product online and have the product on hand when you call, so we may better assist you. A Customer Service Specialist will provide you with return and packing instruction information.

How state law applies

This After-sales Service gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
